Adult Recruitment

There are lots of tasks that need to be done by Adults in our District. These roles vary from being directly involved with our Youth Members to behind the scenes roles to support our tasks.

Time is precious to all of us and we ensure that however much time you can offer it will be put to the best use. Our adult Leaders and helpers only need to commit to as much or as little time as they are able.

Our district and groups give their full support to members giving any training as support that is needed to fulfil their tasks.

Because our Leaders and Helpers deal with young people there is a need to undertake regulated activities so certain checks will need to be made to ensure the safety of our young people to the best of our ability.

Youth Recruitment

There are many opportunities in our District for young people to take advantage of. Details of the various sections can be found on this website.

The majority of our youth members will be part of a Scout Group so have a look at where we have groups to see which one is best suited for where you live
